Edo SUBEB Reaffirms Commitment to Hygiene in Schools

Today, at the WASH for Healthy Lives (W4HL) Phase 3 Dissemination Meeting in Benin City, Edo SUBEB Chairman, Barr. Mrs. Onomen Briggs, reaffirmed the board’s commitment to promoting handwashing and hygiene education in schools.

She commended the Society for Family Health (SFH) for supporting the Edo State Government’s vision of safe and healthy learning environments and pledged SUBEB’s full support in scaling up hygiene initiatives.

“Good hygiene is key to preventing diseases and ensuring our children stay healthy. While we trust in divine care, we must also do our part!” – Barr. Briggs.

SUBEB remains dedicated to empowering schools with the right hygiene practices for a healthier future.
