The Executive Chairman of the Edo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Hon. Ebanehita Sonia Omonzane, recently welcomed the UBEC South-South Coordinator, Mrs. Beatrice Okey, together with the Edo State UBEC Coordinator, Mrs. Gloria Lawani, on a familiarization visit to the Board’s headquarters.
The visit was aimed at strengthening collaboration and synergy between the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) at the regional and state levels. Discussions focused on deepening partnership, aligning priorities, and enhancing the delivery of quality basic education across Edo State.
Hon. Omonzane expressed her commitment to fostering robust working relationships with UBEC to ensure that Edo’s basic education system continues to deliver inclusive and impactful learning opportunities for every child.
The familiarization visit reaffirms the shared vision of all stakeholders to raise the standard of basic education through strategic partnerships and effective coordination.
